Effective Date: 07/07/25

1. Appointments & Deposits
    •    All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
    •    Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.
    •    Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Age Requirement
    •    Clients must be at least 18 years old. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of the appointment.

3. Health & Safety
    •    Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the tattoo session.
    •    The studio follows strict hygiene protocols in compliance with local health regulations.

4. Design Approval
    •    Clients will have the opportunity to review and approve the tattoo design before the session begins.
    •    Any changes to the design must be communicated prior to the appointment.

5. Liability
    •    The studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from the tattoo process or aftercare.
    •    Clients are advised to follow the provided aftercare instructions diligently.

6. Intellectual Property
    •    All tattoo designs created by the studio are the intellectual property of the artist.
    •    Reproduction or use of the designs without permission is prohibited.
